The short version of the rules
The full Official Rules are here. These are the answers people ask for first.
Is it really free to enter?
Yes. Joining, the daily entry, and referrals are all free. There is nothing to buy and no booking required. See the Official Rules.
When is the stay?
In 2027. After the drawing, the winner and Travel DRD agree on three consecutive nights based on the home's availability. A few peak weeks are excluded; the rules list how that works.
What does the prize include?
The nightly rate, cleaning fee, and lodging taxes for 3 nights at Seaside Boca for up to 10 guests. Travel to Placida, pet fees, upgrades, and incidentals are not included.
Who can enter?
Legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Void where prohibited.
How is the winner chosen?
One winner is drawn at random from all valid entries by January 15, 2027 and notified by email, and possibly by phone. Every entry has the same weight, whether it came from joining, a daily entry, or a referral.
Why do you ask for my mobile number?
So we can reach the winner. We use it for marketing only if you check the separate, optional box on the form. That box does not affect your entry or your odds. If you entered before the form asked for a number, your entries stay valid without one.
Can I book the home before then?
Of course. Seaside Boca is open for direct booking now, and booking does not change your entries either way.
