This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Travel DRD - Free Land Vacations (“Sponsor” or “Travel DRD”), 18501 Pines Blvd #205, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029. Contact: Travel@traveldrd.com. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Airbnb, VRBO, Meta, Facebook, X, WhatsApp, any website that lists the Giveaway, any television network or production company, the producers of the series Staycation, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, or the Television Academy. Emmy® is a trademark of its owners, and references to it describe awards reported for the series Staycation, not for the Sponsor or this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and owners of the Sponsor, its property-management partners, and the members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins on November 1, 2026 when the entry page goes live and ends on December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

All methods of entry are free. Enter at traveldrd.com/giveaway.

• Join (1 entry). Complete the entry form with your first and last name, a valid email address, and a valid US mobile phone number, and accept these rules and the Privacy Policy. One account per person and per email address. Marketing email and marketing text consents are separate boxes. Neither is required to enter, and neither improves your odds.
• Daily entry (1 entry per day). After you join, you may take one additional free entry per calendar day (US Eastern Time) on the same page, every day through the end of the Entry Period.
• Referrals (1 entry each, up to 25). After you join, you receive a personal link. You earn one entry each time a person who has not already entered joins through your link, up to 25 referral entries per person. Joining through your own link, or with additional email addresses you control, does not count. See Section 5.

If you entered before November 2, 2026. You entered under a form that asked for a first name and email address. Your entries stay valid, your daily entries keep working, and you do not need to add a last name or phone number. You may add them on the entry page if you wish. Doing so does not add or remove entries.

Entries generated by scripts, bots, or any automated means, entries using more than one email address per person, and entries with false information are void. The Sponsor's decisions about the validity of entries, made under Section 6, are final. Booking a Travel DRD home does not add entries and does not change your odds.

5. Referrals and sharing

You earn an entry when someone joins through your link, and that is a connection your audience should know about. Whenever you share your link, you must clearly say that you may receive a bonus entry if the other person joins. The pre-filled WhatsApp, X, and email messages on the entry page include this statement; if you edit them, or share another way, keep it in.

You may not send unsolicited text messages, bulk messages, or spam to promote your link, or buy or use contact lists to do so. You must follow the terms of any platform you use. Do not suggest that the Sponsor endorses your post, and do not make claims about the prize that these rules do not support. Referral entries earned in violation of this Section are void, and other entries of the person responsible may be void too.

6. Entry review and verification

The Sponsor may review entries for fraud or abuse, including duplicate or closely related accounts, disposable email addresses, invalid phone numbers, shared-device or automated patterns, and unusual referral activity. A review signal alone does not void an entry; the Sponsor decides based on the facts of the review and applies the same standards to all entrants.

The Sponsor may verify the identity, age, legal residence, and phone number of any potential winner, and may ask for government-issued identification. If there is a dispute about who submitted an entry, the entrant is the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter, meaning the natural person assigned that address by the provider or organization that issued it.

7. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: a stay of 3 consecutive nights at Seaside Boca, Placida, Florida (Boca Grande area), for up to 10 guests, including the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and lodging taxes. Approximate retail value (ARV): $3,000. Approximate retail value based on the home's published 3-night rate on VRBO as of November 1, 2026 (about $1,016 per night including fees). Actual value depends on the dates chosen; any difference between the ARV and the actual value will not be awarded.

Value cap. The total value of all prizes in this Giveaway will not exceed $4,900. The Sponsor will offer dates, and may limit the dates offered, so that the value of the stay stays within that amount. Because total prize value stays under $5,000, this Giveaway is not registered or bonded with any state.

Dates. The stay takes place in 2027. After the winner is confirmed, the winner and the Sponsor agree in writing on check-in and check-out dates based on the home's availability. The Sponsor may exclude a limited number of peak weeks and designated blackout dates, which will be shared with the winner when dates are discussed. The stay must be completed by December 31, 2027 or the prize is forfeited, except as Section 9 provides.

Not included. Transportation to and from the home, meals, pet fees, optional add-on services, upgrades, incidentals, security or damage authorization holds, travel insurance, and anything not expressly listed above. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or another property, except as Section 9 provides. No more than one prize will be awarded, regardless of any error in these rules, in any listing of the Giveaway, or in any notice.

8. Prize conditions and guests

Rental agreement. The winner and all guests must comply with the home's standard rental agreement, the Travel DRD Terms & Conditions, house rules, and occupancy limits, including online check-in, identification, and the signed activity waiver required of each guest 18 or older. Responsibility for damage, loss, and any refundable security deposit or hold is as stated in those documents.

Minimum booking age. If the rental agreement for the home used for the stay sets a minimum booking age above 18 (for example, Waters Edge Lodge lists a minimum age of 25), a winner under that age must travel with an adult who meets it and who signs the rental agreement and accepts responsibility for the stay.

Guests. The winner is responsible for the conduct of everyone in the winner's party. The Sponsor may require any guest to sign a liability release before check-in. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or by an adult who has that person's written permission.

No warranty. Except as stated in the rental agreement, the prize is provided “as is,” and the Sponsor makes no warranty, express or implied, of any kind about the prize, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows this disclaimer.

9. Events outside the Sponsor's control

If a hurricane, tropical storm or other severe weather, evacuation order, flood, fire, natural disaster, public-health order, government action, damage to the property, sale of the home, closure of the home, or any similar event outside the Sponsor's reasonable control makes the stay unavailable, unsafe, or impractical, the Sponsor will reschedule the stay, including to a date after December 31, 2027 if needed, or substitute a stay of equal or greater value at another Travel DRD home, within the value cap in Section 7. The Sponsor chooses which of these applies after talking with the winner. No cash or other compensation will be provided, and the Sponsor is not responsible for travel or other costs the winner has already paid.

10. Winner selection and notification

One potential winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period, on or about January 15, 2027. Every valid entry has the same weight regardless of how it was earned. The potential winner will be notified at the email address used to enter, and the Sponsor may also call or text the phone number given, if any, about the prize. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days and, if requested, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release within seven (7) days of receipt. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines, the prize may be awarded to an alternate selected at random from the remaining valid entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

11. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required and may request a completed Form W-9 before the stay is confirmed.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited, accepting the prize is permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state, and any voluntary statements or photos the winner provides, for promotion of this Giveaway and Travel DRD, without further compensation.

13. Privacy and contact details

The Sponsor collects your name, email address, phone number if given, IP address, browser and device information (user agent), and referral source. These details are used to run the Giveaway, prevent fraud, verify and contact the winner, and keep records of your entries and consents. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Marketing is separate from entry. The Sponsor sends marketing email or marketing texts and calls only to people who gave that consent on the entry form, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting your entries. Anyone who entered before November 2, 2026 saw email wording inside a single required box; those entrants may unsubscribe at any time, and none of them gave text or call consent by entering. The Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

14. General conditions

By entering you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its control affects its integrity, and in that case may award the prize at random from valid entries received before the problem arose. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries; for failures of any network, server, phone carrier, email provider, device, or software; for human or typographical error in any Giveaway material; or for any damage to a device from taking part or downloading anything related to the Giveaway. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or to undermine the Giveaway may result in disqualification, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the extent the law allows.

15. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants and the winner release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries; the owners and managers of any home used for the prize; booking platforms and advertising and promotion agencies involved with the Giveaway; and the officers, directors, owners, employees, contractors, and agents of each (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including claims for injury, illness, death, or property damage, and including anything arising from travel to and from the home and from the stay itself, including claims based on the negligence of a Released Party where the law allows that release. Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Limitation of remedies

WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) ANY REMEDY IN CONNECTION WITH THE GIVEAWAY IS LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS OF ENTERING, AND (B) NO ENTRANT MAY RECOVER PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ATTORNEY FEES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

17. Disputes and governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, YOU AND THE SPONSOR EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR JOIN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION IN ANY DISPUTE ABOUT THE GIVEAWAY.

18. Severability and no waiver

If any part of these rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any part of these rules is not a waiver of that part.

19. Winner's name

To receive the winner's first name and last initial, email Travel@traveldrd.com with the subject “Seaside Boca giveaway winner” after January 15, 2027 and before March 31, 2027.
