Pigeon Hills

We had a fantastic family getaway at Pigeon Hills! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and just minutes from the Parkway—perfect for exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The kids loved the game room, and the adults really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, sauna, and hot tub. The EV charger was a huge plus and made travel super convenient. Great layout, peaceful setting, and easy to access. Wonderful host and a perfect spot for families. Highly recommend!

Perfect cabin for our family. We had a great time. Very responsive when needing something. Everything was close by the cabin and the kids really enjoyed the "treehouse" (cabin). Thanks for having us.

Nicolas's place was beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location, close to the main strip but still far enough to get away from the crowds. We would love to stay here again!

Very clean! Issues resolved quickly on some minor maintenance issues. Check in and out processes very easy. Pleasantly surprised by a new covered container pool! All amenities were so nice! We enjoyed our week long stay with a family of 7.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very attractive, spacious enough for our full party of 11 (* adults, 3 kids), and close to everything. The write-up does not do justice to the porches and amenities - hot tub, fire pit, sauna, pool, game room - the property really worked well for a large, diverse group! The few (normal) problems at check-in were quickly handled. One suggestion - if you have a large and dispersed group, ask them to send you the check-in information a week in advance, so that you can pull all the required info together. Summary - We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We loved this place! Super clean, very pet-friendly, and the hot tub was a huge bonus. The outdoor area is awesome—tons of seating and perfect for hanging out with a group.Only minor note: the main table and chairs aren’t the most comfortable (we like to play family games a lot, so a had a lot of table time), but they do seat a lot of people which was great for our group. Would absolutely stay here again!

This property was perfectly situated and everyone loved it! The host was great about helping us out when we were checking in. The proximity to the parkway could not be beat. We would highly recommend it! We had a 7,6,4 and 2 year old with us. The oldest kiddos said it has been their favorite cabin (we stayed in one last year with its own pool so high praise.) they had gates put up so baby was safe from the stairs. We loved it!

This was an amazing place to stay! The house was amazing and incredibly clean and well equipped! The hosts were so helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay! We will definitely be returning when we visit pigeon forge!

We loved our stay here during Spring break! The location is great, only minutes away from Publix and the main strip. About 20 minutes from Dollywood. We arrived a half hour early before check-in and were able to check in no problem. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. It was great watching TV from the hot tub and hanging out on the swing in the backyard.

Cozy cabin, comfortably fit 9 adult males. Not to far from the amenities of Gatlinburg

The house was nice and located right of wears valley and close to the main strip.

Wonderful communication from host. Very easy to work with and can’t wait to return! Great place for a family of 5 to spend fall vacation!

Home away from home Everything was close to where we were staying. The cabin/house was perfect for my family and I. Friendly host and quick response to questions. Would highly recommend this place! Kids loved the game tables, hot tub and sauna! Very comfortable house/cabin and furnished well.

Baseball Tournament Stay Everything with the house was great. Only small issue was with the WiFi not being very reliable. Perfect location and Pam and Nicolas were so easy and nice to work with. The extra goodies left for us was a nice touch.

Fall Rod Run 2024 Cabin was beautiful. More than we imagined. Great location. Plenty of linens, toilet paper, etc. amazing fire pit area, hot tub and sauna. Plenty bathrooms. We had one hiccup the first day with hot tub, but it was fixed VERY promptly. Communication with owners was easy and quickly answered.

Family Vacation We were very hesitant to stay in a cabin with just two reviews. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The cabin was extremely clean and located close to town, which made it very convenient. Kitchen well equipment (we cooked a lot). Plenty of room.

Nice Cabin We had a very nice stay. Everything very clean and is close to Pigeon Forge. The only neative is every bed had sheets that were to small for the mattress and slipped off the mattress while sleeping.

Family vacation Nice cabin. Easy location. Made lots of good memories.
