How Travel DRD handles your information

1. Who we are

This website, www.traveldrd.com, is operated by Travel DRD - Free Land Vacations (“Travel DRD,” “we”), 18501 Pines Blvd #205, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029. Email Travel@traveldrd.com. This policy covers this website. Our guest check-in site and booking sites such as Airbnb and VRBO run on separate systems with their own terms and policies.

2. What we collect

• Giveaway entries: first and last name, email address, mobile number and the number as you typed it, your consent choices with the version of the wording you saw and when you accepted, the rules version you accepted, your IP address, browser and device information (user agent), the page that referred you, who referred you, and a record of your entries. People who entered before November 2, 2026 gave a first name and email address and may not have the other details on file.
• Contact and editorial forms: your name, email address, phone number if given, subject, and message.
• Automatically, through analytics and advertising tags: pages visited, device and browser details, general location derived from IP address, how you reached the site, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technology. See Section 6.
• In your own browser: the giveaway page stores your entry code and entry count on your device so it can show them when you return, and the site stores how you first arrived so visits can be attributed.

3. How we use it

We use this information to run the giveaway, check eligibility, prevent fraud, select, verify, and contact the winner, arrange the prize, respond to your messages, operate and improve the website, measure advertising, keep records, and meet legal and tax duties. We use your contact details for marketing only as described next.

4. Marketing choices

Email. We send marketing email to people who opted in, and to people who entered the giveaway before November 2, 2026 under a form that included email wording. Every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe, or you can email Travel@traveldrd.com at any time. Unsubscribing does not affect your giveaway entries.

Text messages and calls. We send marketing texts or make marketing calls only if you checked the separate box giving that consent, which is never required to enter or to buy anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP to any text from us. Reply HELP for help, or email Travel@traveldrd.com. You can also tell us in any other reasonable way, and we will honor your request promptly. Even without that consent, we may call or text the number you gave about the giveaway itself if you are selected as a potential winner.

We do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

5. Who receives information

We do not sell your name, email address, or phone number. We share information only with:

• Service providers that run this website for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security, and the database where forms and entries are stored); Resend (delivers the contact-form notification email to our team); Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads measurement, and web fonts); and jsDelivr (delivers some page code, and sees your IP address when it does).
• The contractor who builds and maintains this website, who can access this information to do that work.
• The owner or manager of the home, and any booking platform used, as needed to arrange the winner's stay.
• Authorities and advisers, where the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud, or for tax filings about the prize, and a buyer or successor if the business changes hands.

6. Cookies, analytics, and do-not-track

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and our tag configuration includes Google Ads measurement. Google may collect information about your activity on this site and across other websites over time, and uses cookies or similar technology to do so. Some state laws treat this kind of advertising technology as “sharing” information, even though we receive no money for it. Google explains its practices at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can use your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on to limit this. We do not currently respond to browser “do not track” signals.

7. How long we keep it

We keep giveaway records for as long as reasonably needed to run the giveaway, award the prize, answer disputes, and meet legal and tax record duties, and we keep marketing contact details until you opt out or ask us to delete them. We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep ordinary business records.

8. Security

The site uses encrypted connections, and form data is stored in an access-controlled database. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Travel@traveldrd.com. We may need to confirm it is you, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep. If you ask us to delete your giveaway record before the drawing, your entries are removed with it.

Residents of California and some other states may have further rights under their state's law, such as to know what is collected, to delete or correct it, to opt out of targeted advertising or any sale, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. Where a law gives you these rights, email us and we will respond as that law requires.

10. Children

This website and the giveaway are not directed to anyone under 18, and the giveaway is open only to people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email Travel@traveldrd.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will also make that clear on this page before the change applies.
