We were in awe of Nicolas's place from the moment we walked in. The activities were endless - between the game room, outdoor activities (the yard is HUGE - bonus when traveling with kids!), sauna and perfectly heated pool. The home was spotless and felt very well cared for - plus comfortable beds and great showers! It truly matched or exceeded the photos. The home was so much fun for our whole family. We already cannot wait to return! The neighborhood was also great for taking walks. Plus the proximity to the grocery store, Boca Grande, and more, was convenient. Nicolas was super responsive from the moment we booked and Jailyn was extremely helpful and responsive as the property manager during our stay. Awesome job on an amazing property!

We had a wonderful time at Seaside Boca! The home was beautiful- clean, stylish, and very comfortable! It was a perfect last minute getaway for our family as we were able to spend good quality time together! My kids loved the game room and the outdoor activities; from the volleyball net to the putt-putt to the pool! We spent many hours outdoors which we loved!! The Communication with our host was top-notch! They responded very quickly and were super helpful! From start to finish our visit was super smooth and very comfortable! We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a nice peaceful family getaway!!

We had visited Nicolas' property before, and this was our first time staying and it fully met our expectations. The home was exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and exactly as pictured. Everything felt fresh, from the clean towels to the overall attention to detail, and the beds were especially comfortable. The amenities were great, including the game room, spacious yard, sauna, and heated pool, which made the stay very enjoyable. Communication was excellent. Both Nicolas and the property manager were professional, attentive, and quick to respond throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience we highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The backyard was absolutely amazing and kept the kids entertained for hours- it was definitely a highlight of the trip! The basement was another favorite, with plenty of space to relax, play, and hang out together. The host was great to communicate with, and everything was exactly as described. Our stay was everything we hoped for in a perfect staycation! The kids had an amazing time enjoying all the activities on the property — from the pool and mini golf to volleyball and air hockey — while the adults were able to relax and unwind by the pool. The home itself is beautiful, well-equipped with every amenity we needed, and located in a fantastic area just minutes from our boat lift. Nicolas and Jailyn were incredibly helpful and responsive from the moment we booked. We truly can't recommend this home or these hosts enough, and I'm already checking my calendar to plan our next stay!

Absolutely Fantastic Stay! This home was beyond amazing! The hosts were superb, so welcoming and attentive. The pool, jacuzzi, volleyball court, mini golf, and sauna made it feel like our own private resort. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything imaginable, blenders, spices, multiple coffee makers, pots, and pans and Tupperware galore, making cooking effortless. Every room was spotless, cozy, and stocked with towels and the softest pillows. We loved the arcade room with air hockey and ping pong and more, it was a blast! We felt so welcomed and truly enjoyed every part of this stay. Highly recommend and without a doubt will be returning!

The outdoor area is a dream—between the heated pool, spa, and beautifully landscaped putting green, we found it hard to leave the house! There was endless fun with sky ball, air hockey, ping pong, and even pickleball. It was the perfect place to unwind and play, whether you're looking for relaxation or some friendly competition. The location is also ideal—just a quick 4-minute drive to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean without any hassle. This place has everything you could want for a perfect getaway. We're already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend!

House is exactly as pictured - tons of entertainment for the whole family, beautiful updates, etc. I appreciated the game room is downstairs with two doors in between so plenty of buffer to keep my loud family from waking the baby. Nico and Matias were the most gracious answering endless questions, requests, and accommodations to ensure an amazing stay - honestly was service at another level! Only one thing to note - for those who love to cook, the grill is brand new but it is electric. Everything inside is top of the line though so we just stuck to cooking given our personal preference (pretty sure the microwave doubles as a second oven, induction stove that is cool to touch if little ones are around, smart fridge, and plenty of prep room to cook). It’s a short drive to Gasparilla Island which has a nice coffee shop, restaurants and beaches. You won’t regret staying here!

By far, Nicolas' home was the best we have stayed in so far. The home is gorgeous with ample space, and plenty of entertainment for the entire family. Lots of family fun and relaxation with the pool and game room. The location is great; the home is close to the beach and Publix.

This place has everything to entertain you (and teenagers if you happen to have some). Ground floor is like an amusement park, backyard with more games. If your goal is just hang around and rest, the backyard has a covered lounging area by the pool. The best comfortable beds. It is a great place for a multigenerational family like ours.

Incredible stays in this beautiful and gorgeous house!!!! A lot of fun for all ages and tastes!!! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and baking, the restrooms equipped with body lotion, shampoo etc. On the second level you can find a lot of fun games and enjoy a great time with family and friends, also on the patio you can swim in the pool and enjoy the mini golf area or the volleyball field. Come and experience this wonderful place!!!

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. The kids had more than enough to keep them entertained while the adults were able to relax in the beautiful backyard by the pool. The host was very responsive in answering any questions we had and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. We highly recommend booking here!

The place was absolutely awesome. From the volleyball area to the putt putt to the pool and spa we also enjoyed all the games and the sauna was amazing. Would recommend staying here to anyone and everyone from families to girls trips out of town 10 out of 10.

By far our family's favorite house we've ever stayed in for vacation. Everything about it is wonderful. Love the quick drive over to Boca grande. The pool and putt putt course are a dream. The mattresses are very comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with everything to cook a nice meal. Our son was obsessed with all the games in the first floor. Already cannot wait to come back!

Amazing home, so much to do. Our family really never had any downtime. We either played in the game room, relaxed at the pool, played soccer or hit the beautiful beaches. Nicolas had some great food recommendations as well. Would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed immensely. There was so many activities to do at the house. Our favorite was the volley ball court. They had everything needed to go to beach. Towels, toys, umbrellas, chairs, and this made going so much easier and nicer. I would stay here again. The whole family loved it. There was 7 of us, it was a perfect fit.

We absolutely loved this house and backyard and will definitely be returning. Huge backyard with so much fun for the whole family- heated pool/jacuzzi, amazing mini golf course, fire pit, and soccer/volleyball turf field! Not to mention a massive downstairs game space with ALL the games to keep the kids and adults entertained- basketball, ping pong, air hockey and more. The upstairs living space is beautiful. Clean kitchen with 3 different options for coffee lovers and brand new appliances. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were the most comfortable!!! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed exploring all the local beaches. The cherry on top was working with the owner and property manager - incredibly gracious hosts with prompt communication and 5-star customer service to make sure your stay is perfect. I cannot say enough about this home, and we will absolutely be returning in the future! Thanks for a GREAT spring break experience!

Beautiful and so much fun.!! This house was beyond of what we expected. It’s so much fun if you have children or very competitive family with all the fun game and entertainment they have. Great size pool and what can I say about the hot tub and the sauna. Amazing.!! Also a small mini golf and a soccer field for great outdoor entertainment.! There are tvs everywhere in the house so where ever you are you can’t miss your favorite game. The whole house was super clean at arrival and that’s a huge plus especially for my wife. The neighborhood is so quiet that makes the relax mode a better experience. The owners are very attentive and ready for any support or back up. Thank you nick and your family for letting us stay in your beautiful home.!! We will be back.!!

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this home! It was exceptionally clean, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Our little one loved the pool and all the toys, and the kids had an amazing time at the beach. We also did the dolphin sunset boat tour, which was a fantastic experience. The area was quiet, peaceful, and close to everything. Although the golf cart wasn't available during our stay, we rented one in Boca Grande and still had a great time exploring. The hosts were amazing—friendly, responsive, even answering on a Sunday, and they graciously accommodated a late checkout. We had great recommendations from the host of nearby things to do as well. This home truly makes it easy to enjoy a perfect summer getaway without needing to go far. We hope to return next summer, Thank you for a great stay!

If this house could be rated 10 I’d give it an 11. It has everything you need for the whole family to have fun! We are a big family and we were so comfortable during our stay, it has a pool, sauna and a huge game area. The beds are pure heaven and kitchen was fully stocked. The owners are so nice they made us feel right at home during all our time there. If you are thinking to rent this beauty, don’t hesitate.! it’s by far the best Airbnb in the area and has so many things to do we still want to go back just to finish the games.

The pool and the game rooms were huge hits with the kids, and having access to all the amenities—mini golf, the soccer court, bikes, and the additional game room—made every day fun and easy. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home and appreciated the hosts’ hospitality. The house is spacious, well designed, and very comfortable-the beds were especially luxurious, and the outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing by the pool or enjoying morning coffee. The amenities made the stay feel special and well suited for our family. A few issues did come up during our visit, however, the hosts were responsive and quick to tend to these concerns, which we appreciated. Communication throughout our stay was easy and professional. The location is another highlight — close to grocery stores and an easy drive to beautiful beaches. We especially loved spending time at Gasparilla and Englewood Beach. (The shark teeth hunting at Englewood was exceptional-we left with close to 80!) Overall, this is a wonderful property with a lot to offer for guests of all ages!

My son was getting married at Boca Grande and this home was perfectly located. When comparing to getting three hotel rooms, which we needed, having such a beautiful spacious home to gather with family, with an expansive game room, beautiful outdoor space with a pool, hot tub, mini golf, and a fire pit, really checked all of the boxes. The experience actually surpassed our expectations! Anytime we had question, which we needed help a few times, the response was immediate. Our family loved the home and the experience and hopefully can rent the home again in the future.
