Seaside Boca

We were in awe of Nicolas's place from the moment we walked in. The activities were endless - between the game room, outdoor activities (the yard is HUGE - bonus when traveling with kids!), sauna and perfectly heated pool. The home was spotless and felt very well cared for - plus comfortable beds and great showers! It truly matched or exceeded the photos. The home was so much fun for our whole family. We already cannot wait to return! The neighborhood was also great for taking walks. Plus the proximity to the grocery store, Boca Grande, and more, was convenient. Nicolas was super responsive from the moment we booked and Jailyn was extremely helpful and responsive as the property manager during our stay. Awesome job on an amazing property!

We had a wonderful time at Seaside Boca! The home was beautiful- clean, stylish, and very comfortable! It was a perfect last minute getaway for our family as we were able to spend good quality time together! My kids loved the game room and the outdoor activities; from the volleyball net to the putt-putt to the pool! We spent many hours outdoors which we loved!! The Communication with our host was top-notch! They responded very quickly and were super helpful! From start to finish our visit was super smooth and very comfortable! We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a nice peaceful family getaway!!

We had visited Nicolas' property before, and this was our first time staying and it fully met our expectations. The home was exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and exactly as pictured. Everything felt fresh, from the clean towels to the overall attention to detail, and the beds were especially comfortable. The amenities were great, including the game room, spacious yard, sauna, and heated pool, which made the stay very enjoyable. Communication was excellent. Both Nicolas and the property manager were professional, attentive, and quick to respond throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience we highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The backyard was absolutely amazing and kept the kids entertained for hours- it was definitely a highlight of the trip! The basement was another favorite, with plenty of space to relax, play, and hang out together. The host was great to communicate with, and everything was exactly as described. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly getaway!

Our stay was everything we hoped for in a perfect staycation! The kids had an amazing time enjoying all the activities on the property — from the pool and mini golf to volleyball and air hockey — while the adults were able to relax and unwind by the pool. The home itself is beautiful, well-equipped with every amenity we needed, and located in a fantastic area just minutes from our boat lift. Nicolas and Jailyn were incredibly helpful and responsive from the moment we booked. We truly can't recommend this home or these hosts enough, and I'm already checking my calendar to plan our next stay!

Absolutely Fantastic Stay! This home was beyond amazing! The hosts were superb, so welcoming and attentive. The pool, jacuzzi, volleyball court, mini golf, and sauna made it feel like our own private resort. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything imaginable, blenders, spices, multiple coffee makers, pots, and pans and Tupperware galore, making cooking effortless. Every room was spotless, cozy, and stocked with towels and the softest pillows. We loved the arcade room with air hockey and ping pong and more, it was a blast! We felt so welcomed and truly enjoyed every part of this stay. Highly recommend and without a doubt will be returning!

The outdoor area is a dream—between the heated pool, spa, and beautifully landscaped putting green, we found it hard to leave the house! There was endless fun with sky ball, air hockey, ping pong, and even pickleball. It was the perfect place to unwind and play, whether you're looking for relaxation or some friendly competition. The location is also ideal—just a quick 4-minute drive to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean without any hassle. This place has everything you could want for a perfect getaway. We're already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend!

House is exactly as pictured - tons of entertainment for the whole family, beautiful updates, etc. I appreciated the game room is downstairs with two doors in between so plenty of buffer to keep my loud family from waking the baby. Nico and Matias were the most gracious answering endless questions, requests, and accommodations to ensure an amazing stay - honestly was service at another level! It's a short drive to Gasparilla Island which has a nice coffee shop, restaurants and beaches. You won't regret staying here!

By far, Nicolas' home was the best we have stayed in so far. The home is gorgeous with ample space, and plenty of entertainment for the entire family. Lots of family fun and relaxation with the pool and game room. The location is great; the home is close to the beach and Publix.

This place has everything to entertain you (and teenagers if you happen to have some). Ground floor is like an amusement park, backyard with more games. If your goal is just hang around and rest, the backyard has a covered lounging area by the pool. The best comfortable beds. It is a great place for a multigenerational family like ours.

Incredible stays in this beautiful and gorgeous house!!!! A lot of fun for all ages and tastes!!! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and baking, the restrooms equipped with body lotion, shampoo etc. On the second level you can find a lot of fun games and enjoy a great time with family and friends, also on the patio you can swim in the pool and enjoy the mini golf area or the volleyball field. Come and experience this wonderful place!!!

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. The kids had more than enough to keep them entertained while the adults were able to relax in the beautiful backyard by the pool. The host was very responsive in answering any questions we had and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. We highly recommend booking here!

The place was absolutely awesome. From the volleyball area to the putt putt to the pool and spa we also enjoyed all the games and the sauna was amazing. Would recommend staying here to anyone and everyone from families to girls trips out of town 10 out of 10.

By far our family's favorite house we've ever stayed in for vacation. Everything about it is wonderful. Love the quick drive over to Boca grande. The pool and putt putt course are a dream. The mattresses are very comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with everything to cook a nice meal. Our son was obsessed with all the games in the first floor. Already cannot wait to come back!

Amazing home, so much to do. Our family really never had any downtime. We either played in the game room, relaxed at the pool, played soccer or hit the beautiful beaches. Nicolas had some great food recommendations as well. Would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed immensely. There was so many activities to do at the house. Our favorite was the volley ball court. They had everything needed to go to beach. Towels, toys, umbrellas, chairs, and this made going so much easier and nicer. I would stay here again. The whole family loved it. There was 7 of us, it was a perfect fit.
